Re-laying a Bloxwich front drive
Old slabs come up, the muck goes back to the yard in a grab. Type 1 sub-base in, decorative stone over the top. The whole supply and take-away usually fits in a single morning.
Our yard is on Bescot Road in Walsall, just off the A4148 and three minutes from M6 Junction 9. If you live or work anywhere from Bloxwich down to Caldmore, or out to Pelsall, Aldridge, Brownhills and Streetly, this is your local supplier. Come to the yard, or have it landed on the drive.
Walsall, the home yard
Walsall is where everything ships from. The lorries park up here at night, the loaders fuel up here in the morning, and the bulk bags get filled in the yard a few feet from where you collect them. There is no middle layer, no broker, no second yard you might be routed to. You speak to the yard, your stone or your spoil comes from the yard.

Walsall sits across a wide mix of housing stock. Terraced rows in Caldmore and Pleck, post-war semis through Bloxwich and Coal Pool, newer estates up at Streetly and Aldridge.
Old slabs come up, the muck goes back to the yard in a grab. Type 1 sub-base in, decorative stone over the top. The whole supply and take-away usually fits in a single morning.
Bigger gardens out this way usually want a HIAB-landed bulk bag of golden flint or Cotswold over the side gate, plus a muck-away grab for the spoil. Both quoted on one call.
Walsall builders running extensions or block-paving jobs get an 8-wheel tipper of MOT Type 1, ballast or sharp sand straight to site. Account customers invoice monthly on 30-day terms.
How it arrives
Pick the one that fits the access. If you are not sure, tell us the road and we will tell you.
The HIAB lifts the bag straight off the back of the lorry and lands it where you want it, up to about six metres in from the kerb. The right move when you cannot have a tipper on the block paving.
Single-axle tippers for small drops, 6-wheelers for ten tonnes, 8-wheelers for the full load. Driver tips where you direct, on hardstanding or sheeting.
Bring your own vehicle and pay at the gate. We load you on the wheel loader. Six-day-a-week opening with no minimum on weighbridge tickets.

Yes, and it usually works out cheaper. We call it a backload. The grab arrives with the aggregate or topsoil you ordered, tips it, then loads up your spoil and takes it back to the yard. One booking, one wagon, one ticket.
